TAS Plan Review
Plan review of construction documents for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards.
Review of submitted architectural construction documents
Identification of non-compliant conditions under TAS
Written plan review report outlining required corrections
Plan review is conducted prior to construction in accordance with TDLR registration requirements.
This service is limited to regulatory compliance review under TAS.
TAS Inspection
On-site inspection of completed construction to verify compliance with the approved TAS documents.
Field verification of constructed elements subject to TAS
Documentation of compliant and non-compliant conditions
Issuance of inspection report
Submission of required documentation to TDLR
Inspections are scheduled upon project completion in accordance with TDLR regulated timelines.

Assistance navigating the required project registration process.
Confirmation of project registration requirements

Registration support is administrative in nature and does not include design or legal consultation.

Oliver Accessibility Consulting performs services strictly within the scope defined for Registered Accessibility Specialists under TDLR.
Services do not include:
Architectural design services
Legal interpretation of ADA beyond TAS regulatory scope
Construction management
Contractor supervision
Third-party accessibility consulting outside TAS framework
