Oliver Accessibility Consulting provides Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) plan review and inspection services for projects required to register with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
The firm is led by David Oliver, AIA, RAS, Principal and Registered Accessibility Specialist serving clients across Texas.

David Oliver, AIA, RAS
Principal & Resgistered Accessibility Specialist
RAS No. 1815
David Oliver is a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) credentialed through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. In this role, he provides regulatory plan review and construction inspection services in accordance with the Texas Accessibility Standards.
In addition to his RAS credential, David is a Registered Architect with significant experience delivering architectural services across a range of project types. He contributed to the coordination of a 1.5-million-square-foot corporate headquarters project, where his responsibilities included oversight of project team construction documentation and construction administration services. David has also produced construction documents for multiple Class A speculative office buildings.
His architectural experience required careful integration of building and accessibility code requirements throughout the design and construction process. David brings a strong understanding of designer intent paired with regulatory expertise, enabling him to support innovative solutions that advance accessibility for diverse user groups.
